STUDIO OPENS NEXT WEEKEND 13/14th July and 20/21st July - however, it will all be set up and ready to go by Monday 8th July. I'm there most mornings between 9.30 and 1.30pm, so if you're passing, please do pop in!

For the first time this year I'll be having a solo show, following many years of being a member of Wagon Yard Artists in Marlborough. On display will be range of work from large scale paintings to smaller pieces and limited edition prints, both framed and unframed.

I paint predominantly in watercolour and often include elements of drawing in my work, together with other media such as ink and gouache. My inspiration is the natural world, with particular emphasis on the local countryside within a few miles of the studio. I'm drawn to the small daily changes throughout the seasons and aim to include the resulting colours, feelings and atmosphere in my paintings.

I will be at the studio on 13/14 and 20/21 July between 11am and 5pm, but if you would like to come along at another time, please do contact me.

Directions

From Marlborough turn right just after Manton into Elm Tree Park industrial estate. The lane to turn right comes up quickly after a long right-hand bend in the road. Drive up the ramp straight ahead (Marlborough Fitness Centre is to the right) and park at the rear of the building. The studio door is by the black railings.

From Calne/Avebury the turning into Elm Tree Park is about a mile after Fyfield petrol station.
