Nick Pearce

I'm still making a variety of stoneware ceramic forms. They range from flat wall pieces, usually just black and white, sometimes with the addition of red, to highly coloured functional mugs, jugs, bowls and vases. This year I've also been trying out a few sculptural pieces. Some are inspired by the stringed forms composed by Barbara Hepworth which have always been a source of fascination because of the combination of form and geometry. It's early days and more pieces will follow as time allows.
